Shipping Policy

  1. You can personally pick up the puppy from the kennel (Moscow).

  2. International Shipping:

  • We ship our Puppies with United Airlines “PetSafe” out of Domodedovo Airport (DME). United PetSafe is an excellent pet cargo shipping program. It has a real PetSafe Staff that takes care of our Puppies.

  • All of the United PetSafe waiting areas are temperature controlled. Pets get loaded onto the plane last and they get unloaded first. The Petsafe Program Staff is trained and licensed. They know what they are doing. They check on our pups and make sure they have water and food and a clean travel crate. 

  • PaAllaSTARS has all federal and state licenses and permits that are required to ship Puppies worldwide.

  • We carefully prepare our Puppies for their Airplane Trip. All puppies get examined by the veterinarian to make sure they are healthy, and he will issue a Health Certificate for the Airline that contains the Puppy’s and the new owner’s information. It also states all necessary conditions, the maximum and minimum temperature that the Puppy can be exposed to. 

  • For our Puppy Shipping Service we only use a airline approved shipping crate. It comes with a food and a water dish, a potty pad and a blanket. Your Puppy will have enough space to walk around in the travel crate, to eat, sleep, stretch, stand up etc. Most pups feel actually very safe inside their crate. 

  • We always take our Puppies to the Airport ourselves!

  • Picking up your Puppy the Airport: we will send you the AirWayBill number for your Puppy's flight reservation, so you can track your Puppy. 

  • Absorbing Puppy Potty Puds, Food, and Water: you can put a potty pad on the floor in your car with a little bowl of wet food/water and see if Puppy is hungry, thirsty or wants to go potty. Some puppies don't eat during the travel and it is very important that your puppy eats something as soon as possible after fly. Please take a few minutes time to make sure the Puppy is ok before you get on the road again to drive home. 

  • IMPORTANT! Check your Puppy's Gums: they should be pink and wet. If the gums are pale, bone colored, or grey, then your puppy has a low sugar level (hypoglycemia). If your puppy's gums are sticky and dry, then your Puppy is dehydrated and needs water.

  • You can use the syringe to hand feed some water if it would not drink on its own. It would be best if you put your Puppy back into its airline carrier with food and water while you drive home, so it can take a few minutes to maybe try some of that yummy wet food and get some water. If you feel your Puppy is feeling good and doesn't seem to be troubled with the travel stress at all, then you can, of course, keep it with you while you drive home. 

  • Once you are home with your Puppy, make sure it gets food, water, and rest. Most puppies get really excited and want to check out the new home and the family and they forget to eat or sleep. It is VERY important that your Puppy gets some rest and also gets a good meal.

  • Puppy International Shipping Fee includes:

  • Before you get a dog, it's important to determine if you can take proper care of it. 

 

  • The dogs need it:

        1) time;
        2) responsible attitude;
        3) attention.

  • The dog needs to be fed according to the regime, it needs to be cared for, bought toys and treats, maybe even attend classes at the school for dogs. If you sometimes go on business trips or just travel, you should take care of your dog in your absence.

  • The dog needs regular checkups by a veterinarian, which includes vaccination, prevention of worms, fleas and ticks.

  • Please, prepare for the dog's appearance. You should know what to expect from the dog, how to take care of it when it first appears in your life.

  • If you have carefully selected a new friend and properly prepared for his appearance, this event can become one of the most happy in your life, and then there will be no need to return. The dog will become a member of your family and it will love you without reservations. Share your love, and your dog will really become your best and most loyal friend!

  • We provide lifelong support, advice and guidance on how to further keep your puppy!

       If you do decide to return the dog, please carefully read the following information:

​

  • The Breeder/Vender is not responsible for hidden defects that are not detected when the Puppy is activated for up to 45 days. A purchased

  • The Puppy is not exchangeable.

  • If the Puppy is returned due to circumstances beyond the Puppy Breeder's control (family disputes over the purchase of a puppy, allergies, complaints from neighbours, lack of accommodation, etc.), the money for the dog will not be refunded.

  • If the Customer wants to return the dog for any reason to the Vender, the Customer is responsible for ALL shipping / delivery charges. ​​

  • Once we receive the dog, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received exactly healthy returned dog, without physical or other damage. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after careful inspection.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • Shipping costs are non­refundable!

  • The paid deposit will not be reimboursed!

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.​

  • And remember, a dog is not a toy or a pair of new shoes! You have to justify the reason for the dog's return in writing.
